It is essential that the location on which the Garden Office is to be placed is FLAT, LEVEL and FIRM. Apart from this there is no need for foundations or drainage.

The unique construction system of Coldstream Buildings uses high pressure foam injected panels purpose made in our own factory. This gives both a very high insulation value and also structural stability to the office.
