ECO Garden Office Range

DIY garden buildings from £2500 plus VAT* (installation also available).

Far cheaper than adding a normal extension to your home. Coldstream is a garden office building (except in special circumstances) that DOES NOT require planning or building regulations approval.

Our unique construction system using pre finished structural insulated panels (SIPS), have the windows and doors pre-fitted at our factory. Our garden buildings are fast to build and can be dismantled and moved to a new location if you wish to move.

Range of standard sizes

* example prices are based upon the smallest room in the particular size range with olive exterior finish, white pvc dual glazed door and one white pvc dual glazed window delivered to site for self installation. Your distance form our factory may have an effect upon the delivery cost.

DESIGN YOUR OWN GARDEN OFFICE

Our modular building system allows you to place the door and windows in the position which suit your own requirements best. You can create your own bespoke garden office as part of our standard service. We can advise on the most suitable dimensions and locations for the doors and windows.
