Easy to Build Modular Office Buildings

All of our insulated buildings are easy to install whether they are to be used for a garden office, studio or workshop, the construction principle is the same.

All garden rooms arrive flat packed as a complete installation kit. All of the windows and the door (except double doors) are pre-fitted into the wall panels at the locations which have been ordered.

The modular office construction using our cam operated locking system allows quick and easy installation. Coldstream modular buildings can also be dismantled and rebuilt in another location should you move to another property or extended if your requirements change.

Full installation instructions for all of our modular insulated buildings are provided and our office staff are available to answer any queries should they arise.

COLDSTREAM have installation teams who can install your insulated building for you onto your prepared flat and level base.

Installation is a matter of hours not days and tight site access is also not a problem.
