What makes COLDSTREAM low-maintenance insulated buildings so special?

Only COLDSTREAM use 75mm thick foam injected polyurethance insulated panels manufactured in high pressure presses, exclusively in our own factory.

Cam operated locks are incorporated into all panels at the time of manufacture. These together with the integral joint profile and sealing gasket ensure a tight weatherproof joint when the panels are installed.

The COLDSTREAM cam locking panels can be easily dismantled and re-erected in another location if required. Should you move home in the future your Building can move with you.

The internal and external faces of COLDSTREAM panels are made of galvanised sheet steel which have a laminated PVC finish bonded to the surface.

The panel finish is the same high quality as is used on major industrial buildings.

The finish is tough, weather proof and needs virtually no maintenance.

The foam polyurethane core in addition to providing very high insulation does not absorb water, it is rot proof and vermin proof.

Floors for COLDSTREAM insulated buildings are also made of rigid panels.

They do not allow cold or damp to penetrate through the floor and there are no inaccessible timber joists to rot in years to come.

Installation of our COLDSTREAM insulated buildings is made easy by the use of our factory made modular locking panels, which locate tightly together.

Windows are in PVCu with double-glazed sealed units. Doors are also in PVCu with five point locking.

The simple COLDSTREAM system makes our buildings a project well within the abilities with good practical skills. We also offer a nationwide installation service.
